Hi Lisa - I just saw Higgins today -the first time I visited the briarcliff spca website. Don't know if you remember us, we have Reggie (one of Higgins' brothers). It was so startling because Higgins is the spitting image of Reggie right down to the way he holds his tail. We'll have to send a photo of Reggie soon. Stephanie
